Addendum

I wish to add to my previous post. Vista is still a stupid operating system becasue it does everything XP does only not quite as well. It isnt broken... just not as good as XP. And we are supposed to be moving forward not backwards.

If someone asked me to change to vista for free I would say no because i dont fix things that aren't broken.

So in conclusion. Vista works fine... but XP is better.

More complaints...when you try to save a file and click on the folder path at the top, instead of listing out other locations on your hard drive it lists out your internet history. What is the point of that? When running an executable out of the program files, the exe is not allowed to write to files within its own folder. It can write anywhere else in the system, just not in its own directory. 90% of all "it won't run in vista" problems are because of this...if you move the exe to any other location outside of program files it runs fine. Back in all the other OS's, if you had dual monitors, you could make an extra wide desktop image and it would span across. Vista changed it so the wallpaper is the same on both monitors, it resets on the second one (although if you make it think both monitors are one big monitor it might work then)

Haha! That made me laugh. The .exe thing is excellent. I didn't know that.
